“Last year before winter really set in, my wife and I were very disappointed to find out the furnace was not working. We quickly found out this was not just some Google, fix-it-yourself type of home repair. We did not call Crystal first, we instead called a competitor which I will not mention. The first company left our furnace taken apart/in pieces and claimed it was too dangerous to keep in service. We called around and got quotes. Everyone just wanted to sell us a new furnace system. We decided to make one last call. Crystal heating and cooling. When Max got here he said “before I try and sell you a new furnace do you mind if I try and get it working? everything looks pretty good and all the O2 readings are well within normal range.” At first, we were shocked that other companies had lied to us and tried to scare/push us into buying a new system.
