YORK® Home Comfort Rebates
From October 1 to December 31, 2026, Canadian homeowners may qualify for factory-direct YORK rebates of up to $800 CAD on eligible residential HVAC equipment.
Rebates may be available on qualifying equipment, including:
Air Conditioners & Heat Pumps
Eligible high-efficiency YORK air conditioners and heat pumps may qualify for seasonal rebates based on the model and efficiency rating.
Furnaces
Select premium and enhanced YORK furnace models may qualify for manufacturer-backed rebate offers.
Air Handlers
Eligible YORK air handlers may qualify when installed as part of a qualifying home comfort system.
Packaged Units
Select YORK packaged heating and cooling systems may be eligible for rebate savings.
Ductless Mini-Splits
Eligible indoor and outdoor ductless mini-split units may qualify for rebate offers.
Equipment must be installed between October 1 and December 31, 2026 by a participating independent YORK Plus or CCE dealer. Claims must be submitted within 60 days of final installation or dealer invoice. Eligibility depends on the equipment installed, model selected, installation date, and current program requirements.
Available Heat Pump Rebates & Savings

Cold Climate Air Source Heat Pumps
Homeowners who primarily heat with electricity may qualify for $1,250 per ton, up to $7,500. Eligible Enbridge Gas customers who primarily heat with natural gas may qualify for $500 per ton, up to $2,000.
Ground Source Heat Pumps
Electrically heated homes may qualify for $2,000 per ton, up to $12,000. Eligible Enbridge Gas customers who primarily heat with natural gas may qualify for a $3,000 rebate.

No home energy assessment is required for these heat pump rebates. Equipment must meet program requirements and be installed by a participating heat pump contractor.
