Terms and conditions
- Offer valid on the purchase and installation of a qualifying new residential heating system (furnace, boiler or heat pump) by Crystal Heating and Cooling, with a signed agreement dated between September 7 and November 1, 2026.
- The complimentary duct cleaning is performed by Ontario Cleaning System and is valued up to a maximum of $500 CAD. Any work beyond that value is quoted separately and is the homeowner’s responsibility.
- The duct cleaning must be booked within 90 days of the heating system installation date.
- Limit one complimentary duct cleaning per household and per installed system. The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash or credit.
- Available on residential properties within Crystal Heating and Cooling’s regular service area. Additional travel charges may apply outside that area.
- Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or offers unless stated in writing by Crystal Heating and Cooling.
- Scheduling is subject to availability. Crystal Heating and Cooling and Ontario Cleaning System reserve the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice; agreements already signed will be honoured.
